Twilio is reporting recovery, and we are seeing improvements in Solve Voice call transfers. Some users may still experience intermittent issues as systems fully stabilize.

We are currently monitoring an issue affecting Solve Voice call transfers due to a Twilio service disruption. As a result, some users may experience errors or failures when transferring calls.
